18-Hole Charity Golf Tournament for Fundacion Desafio Bariloche
The tournament was organized on the links of Hotel Llao Llao on Friday,
September 15th (the original date was September 10th but postponed due to rain),
with the Four Ball Americana system.
The winners in each category and of the tournament were:
Approach hole 11: Mauricio Navarro

Ladies'
Long drive hole 12: Patricia Stefanoff
Mens'
Long drive hole 12: Cameron Wenzel
2nd place of tournament: Sanchez Herman Antonio/ Hoffman Cristian Andres
1st place of tournament: Lee Suk Heun/ Alvarez Eduardo
Congratulations to everybody and our special thanks to all the players for their
participation!
Our Foundation has obtained the precious cooperation of the
Golf Department of
Hotel Llao Llao, led by Santiago Pinedo and coach Guillermo Grattoni.
The entry fee collected as well as the donations made by various institutions
with a strong sense of social responsibility, have created a fund that has been
assigned for:
- adquisition of specially designed new ski equipment,
- training and hiring of appropriate instructors,
- transfers of the beneficiaries of the Program to and from Mt. Catedral,
- specially designed apparel and accessories.
After the tournament, players and members of the Foundation shared a cocktail
party in the afternoon, which was also attended by Mr. Houston Cowan, the head
of Challenge Aspen of the sister city of Bariloche, an institution that works in
close collaboration with Fundacion Desafio Bariloche.
